A bit about us
We offer photographic and video services for events from conferences, concerts, theater productions, dinners, exhibitions, and PR events to weddings and private functions mostly throughout London and the South East, Surrey, Kent and Sussex but we are able to travel anywhere within the UK and Europe and on request, we shoot at special locations. Please do not hesitate to contact us as we can offer you our advice or recommend other services. To deliver larger-scale projects we have put together a team of professionals that allows us to achieve high standard results each time.
How we do it
Our wide range of services includes contemporary reportage photography, stylish editorial pictures, candid photos, and video footage. However, most of our clients prefer us to capture their event as they unfold, in a natural and spontaneous way. We always look for the best angles and perspective to give your images a unique look. When filming, we strive to go unnoticed and we have a reputation of being one of the least intrusive videographers.
What to expect
After the initial contact, we would like to find out more about your event. This allows us to prepare well, make ourselves familiar with the location, and find out what may be required. Therefore we will arrange for a free informal consultation which can be either a personal visit or an online chat to discuss your event in more detail. Should you like to book us we will require a deposit of £100 and we then provide you with a contract describing our working relationship based on our Terms & Conditions. Most often we would attend a rehearsal to give us a chance to set a “plan of operation” for the event and assess the levels of light and quality of sound for the best results before the actual event.
What you get
Every event is different and every client has different requirements. Therefore please get in touch to discuss our rate for your event as the price usually reflects the complexity of the project and whether a larger crew is needed to cover your event.
Products
Our photographic assignments are provided as high-resolution digital downloads. We also provide a full design service for all our printed products such as albums and storybooks. Video footage is being delivered on Blu Ray Discs or USB storage drives.
How long it will take
It may take up to 2 to 4 days for photographs and between 2-4 weeks for the completed video to be presented, depending on the complexity of effects and graphics included. We are able to offer a next day turn around on photographs when publication deadlines need to be met. Please allow additional 3-4 weeks after design approval for any printed material such as books and albums to be delivered.
